No necesitas convencer a Dios de que te ame. La cruz ya lo hizo.
Vivimos intentando demostrar que somos suficientes: que esta vez sí cambiaremos, que ahora sí merecemos otra oportunidad. Pero Romanos 3 nos recuerda una verdad que cambia la vida: la gracia no premia a los perfectos; rescata a los culpables.
Todos fallamos. Todos nos quedamos cortos. Pero donde termina nuestro esfuerzo, comienza la obra perfecta de Cristo.
No eres salvo porque hiciste todo bien. Eres salvo porque Jesús pagó por completo una deuda que tú jamás habrías podido pagar.
Hoy deja de vivir intentando ganar el amor de Dios. Vive desde la seguridad de que, en Cristo, ya fuiste amado, perdonado y justificado.
Romanos 3:24 NTV:
“Sin embargo, en su gracia, Dios gratuitamente nos hace justos a sus ojos por medio de Cristo Jesús, quien nos liberó del castigo de nuestros pecados.”
