Hay días en los que sentimos a Dios muy cerca… y otros en los que el silencio parece ensordecedor.
Hay días en los que la oración fluye… y otros en los que solo nos quedan lágrimas.
Hay días en los que creemos con facilidad… y otros en los que hasta respirar cuesta.
Y es precisamente para esos días que Romanos 8 fue escrito.
Pablo no promete una vida sin problemas. Promete algo mucho más poderoso: que no existe absolutamente nada capaz de separarte del amor de Dios.
Ni una enfermedad.
Ni una pérdida.
Ni una traición.
Ni una temporada de ansiedad.
Ni tus peores preguntas.
Ni tus peores días.
El amor de Dios no cambia cuando cambia tu circunstancia.
A veces creemos que Dios nos ama más cuando todo sale bien, y menos cuando la vida se desmorona. Pero el amor de Dios nunca ha dependido de cómo amanezca tu historia. Depende únicamente de quién es Él.
Quizá hoy no sientas su presencia… pero su amor nunca ha dependido de tus emociones.
Quizá hoy estés esperando una respuesta… pero el silencio jamás ha sido sinónimo de abandono.
Quizá hayas tropezado otra vez… pero si hay un corazón arrepentido, siempre habrá un Padre dispuesto a levantarte.
Hoy quiero recordarte esta verdad:
Puedes sentirte lejos de Dios, pero jamás podrás estar fuera del alcance de su amor.
Que esta promesa abrace tu corazón.
