Todo indica que no había amenazas en contra del magistrado Edmundo Román, asesinado en Acapulco, Guerrero. De acuerdo con Ricardo Salinas, magistrado presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de Guerrero, el trabajaba normalmente y no se tenía conocimiento de un riesgo sobre su vida. Se tomaron precauciones y se ha brindado seguridad tanto a su familia como a las inmediaciones del Tribunal.
La jueza Nancy Juárez, quien intentó bajar la reforma judicial del Diario Oficial de la Federación, ahora enfrenta a la justicia luego de ser sancionada por 90 días sin goce de sueldo por enfrentar una serie de denuncias en su contra por acoso laboral cuando era jueza mercantil en 2022. La jueza asegura que se ha utilizado de manera corrupta todo el aparato judicial en su contra instalado por Arturo Zaldívar. Insiste en que ella es la víctima y esto es más una represalia por intentar cancelar la reforma.
Se cumplen dos años del atentado que sufrió Ciro Gómez Leyva y a la fecha el periodista desconoce las causas y a los responsables que ordenaron acabar con su vida. Ciro hace un análisis de los avances del caso y despeja cualquier duda sobre la autoría del CJNG sobre el ataque. Ciro reconoció el apoyo de las autoridades, incluyendo la administración de López Obrador y la de la Ciudad de México.
Tres grandes compromisos son los que el gobierno federal estableció con la oposición luego de la primera reunión que hay entre ambas partes. Manuel Añorve, coordinador de los senadores del PRI, dijo que no son una oposición que amanezca en no y duerma en no y apoyarán la presidencia de Claudia Sheinbaum en temas donde tengan coincidencias y levantarán la voz cuando consideren hacerlo. Celebró la reunión con Rosa Icela Rodríguez y darán seguimiento a los compromisos cerrados como son evitar que México se convierta en tercer país seguro, tener todas las previsiones en caso de un inicio de deportaciones masivas –prometidas por Donald Trump– y la construcción de la paz y seguridad en México.
Migración, tráfico de armas y deportación masiva son los temas en donde encontraron coincidencia el PAN y el gobierno federal. Guadalupe Murguía negó que la reunión fuera una claudicación ante la presidencia pues siempre han solicitado diálogo.
'Otis' y 'John' dejaron devastado Acapulco… y sigue así. De acuerdo con información del gobierno de Guerrero, se espera que el puerto tenga una ocupación hotelera de 31.8 por ciento, sin embargo, los turistas verán un destino destruido, lleno de cascajo, con calles muy deterioradas y con la zona ‘diamante’ en ruinas.
