Estoy muy contento de traerte esta entrevista con quien considero, sin duda alguna, la mejor maestra que tuve durante mi maestría en Stanford y la que me enseñó las lecciones que mayor impacto han tenido en mi vida y que hoy me comparte nuevamente. Carole es una verdadera Crack en lo que hace.
Por más de 30 años Carole ha brindado capacitación ejecutiva, desarrollo de liderazgo y formación de equipos ejecutivos a una amplia gama de clientes empresariales, gubernamentales y sin fines de lucro.
Ella es la ex profesora de liderazgo y directora del programa Arbuckle Leadership Fellows, directora de la facultad de dinámica interpersonal para ejecutivos de alto rendimiento y ganadora del Premio de Enseñanza Distinguida del MBA en la escuela de negocios de la Universidad de Stanford, donde impartió cursos sobre dinámica interpersonal, influencia, liderazgo y entrenamiento durante 17 años.
Carole ha sido profesora invitada en la Sloan School of Business del MIT y es miembro del Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Aplicadas del Comportamiento. Carole tiene un doctorado en sistemas humanos y de organización y una maestría en desarrollo organizacional.
