Repartió la comida que Estados Unidos iba a quemar entre los damnificados del terremoto del 85. Cofundó el banco de microcrédito más grande de América Latina Y fundó la organización que este año cumple 40 años enseñándole a México que a un niño pobre no hay que hacerlo más alto: hay que hacerlo más brillante.
