Cuando hablamos de trauma, solemos pensar en heridas personales, momentos concretos que nos marcaron. Pero desde la mirada de la terapia sistémica, el dolor no siempre es lineal… ni empieza en uno. Muchas veces, forma parte de una historia que venimos repitiendo sin saberlo, como si estuviéramos leyendo un guion escrito mucho antes de nacer.

En este episodio, nos sumergimos en Romper el círculo, una película que no solo narra una historia conmovedora, sino que nos obliga a mirar de frente al trauma generacional. ¿Estamos condenados a repetir lo que nos dañó? ¿O podemos ser quienes rompan la cadena?
