Su cuerpo estaba desnudo y quien la abandonó allí montó con ella una escenografía macabra. La dejó desnuda en posición fetal, arrojó junto a ella un preservativo usado y le introdujo semen artificialmente una vez muerta con ánimo de despistar a los investigadores.
El caso ha sufrido cierres y reaperturas. Actualmente, vuelve a estar archivado provisionalmente y sin esclarecerse 20 años después de los hechos. La familia se siente abandonada por la justicia en su conjunto.
