Desde pequeños, buscamos pertenecer a un grupo, sentirnos aceptados y rodearnos de personas que nos aporten seguridad. Sin embargo, pocas veces nos detenemos a reflexionar sobre el impacto que nuestro entorno tiene en nuestra autoestima, nuestras decisiones y, en última instancia, en nuestra felicidad.
En esta conversación con mi amigo Alberto Herrera en COPE exploramos cómo el entorno puede ser un pilar fundamental para nuestro bienestar. Hablamos de la importancia de rodearnos de personas que nos impulsen, que nos permitan crecer en conjunto y que nos ayuden a ver nuestra propia valía, así como del papel crucial de la oxitocina y el vínculo afectivo en la reducción del estrés y en la construcción de una vida más plena.
