Hoy por Hoy cumple 40 años y lo celebramos mirando al pasado, al presente y, sobre todo, al futuro. El programa nació el 22 de septiembre de 1986 y cuatro décadas después nos preguntamos cómo será la radio, el periodismo y el mundo dentro de otros 40 años, en 2066.
En este programa especial desde el Teatro Gran Vía de Madrid y dirigido por Aimar Bretos, recuperamos sonidos históricos de 1986 y repasamos algunos de los acontecimientos que marcaron aquel año: las elecciones generales, Chernóbil, la compra de SEAT por Volkswagen, la elección de Barcelona como sede de los Juegos Olímpicos de 1992, el Mundial de México y Maradona, el cometa Halley o el último concierto de Queen con Freddie Mercury.
También miramos hacia el futuro: ¿cómo será el periodismo en 2066? ¿Qué papel tendrán la inteligencia artificial, las redes sociales y los creadores de contenido? ¿Cómo competirán los medios por nuestra atención?
