Comparado con otros grupos ilegales, esta disidencia crece poco, pero tiene plata y poder en el sur del país. Para nuestros invitados, Juanita Vélez y Kyle Johnson*, el exnegociador Márquez es quien tiene más incentivos para sentarse a negociar con el gobierno, que ya le reconoció a nueve negociadores.
