Pero como las termoeléctricas necesitan gas natural para funcionar, es como tapar un hueco abriendo otro, pues las alarmas también están encendidas por el posible escenario de desabastecimiento de este combustible.
Y a diferencia de la escasez de energía eléctrica, en el panorama no hay planes de contingencia ni soluciones a largo plazo para tapar el hueco del gas. Si bien la responsabilidad de esta crisis energética es compartida entre varios mandatarios, el costo político es para Gustavo Petro.
