En este episodio nos adentramos en uno de los casos más desconcertantes de los años 90: la misteriosa desaparición de las 3 de Springfield. Después de una noche de festejos por su graduación, Sherrill Levitt, su hija Suzie Streeter y su amiga Stacy McCall llegaron a casa para descansar... y nunca más se supo de ellas.
La policía encontró sus bolsas alineadas, sus llaves en la mesa y a sus perros esperando, pero lo único fuera de lugar era un foco roto en el porche y una serie de pistas que parecen sacadas de una película de terror.
