¿Llevas tiempo con una meta que no arranca? ¿Eres el cuello de botella de todo lo que pasa en tu negocio? La pregunta "¿cómo lo hago?" parece lógica, pero es una trampa que te condena a hacerlo tú solo, con tu tiempo y tu atención, que no son infinitos.

En este episodio resumimos Quién, no cómo (Who Not How, 2020), de Dan Sullivan y Ben Hardy. Sullivan es fundador de Strategic Coach, la mayor empresa de formación para emprendedores de Estados Unidos. Hardy es psicólogo y coautor de varios libros sobre mentalidad y rendimiento.

El "cómo" es lineal y lento: depende de lo que tú sabes y de las horas que le metas. El "quién" es instantáneo y exponencial: en el momento en que encuentras a la persona correcta, te conectas de golpe con conocimiento, contactos y capacidades que tú solo habrías tardado años en desarrollar. Michael Jordan no ganó ni un campeonato en sus primeros seis años en la NBA, no porque le faltara talento, sino porque le faltaba gente. Llegaron Scottie Pippen, Phil Jackson y Tim Grover, y ganó seis anillos.
