En este episodio nos pusimos intensas (o sea como siempre): hablamos de la ansiedad, los ataques de pánico y todas esas cosas que el cuerpo hace cuando decide que ya no puede más, aunque tú estés muy tranquila viendo TikTok.
Fer contó cómo en sus ataques termina arañándose hasta sacarse sangre, hiperventilando y sintiendo que no puede respirar. Steph compartió la vez que acabó hospitalizada porque no paraba de vomitar del puro ataque de pánico. Entre hormigueos, taquicardia, llanto descontrolado y esa sensación de “me voy a morir”, confirmamos que la ansiedad NO es un invento y que se vive horrible.
También hablamos de lo que nos ha ayudado: terapia, psiquiatra, respiraciones (cuando funcionan), el método de los cinco sentidos, nuestras mascotas que sienten todo antes que nadie, y parejas que saben cuándo abrazarte aunque tú digas que estás “bien”.
Terminamos el episodio con una dinámica de preguntas personales donde, si fallábamos, teníamos que tomar tequila ¿premio o premio?. Fallamos mucho . Entre confundir nuestras propias respuestas, declarar amor eterno al “tomatoño” y aceptar que las cucarachas son nuestro verdadero villano, quedó claro que la ansiedad nos tiene cansadas… pero no nos quita la actitud.
