136. Pensar «Soy un desastre en mis finanzas» no ayuda

Cada que vez que trabajo con una persona le pregunto como es su relación con las finanzas.
Usualmente la respuesta es «soy un desastre»
Esa respuesta tiene muchas implicaciones y también muchas explicaciones.
Por un lado no tenemos claro que son las finanzas personales y eso limita bastante nuestra comprensión de que tan bien dominamos el tema.
Por otro lado nos condiciona.
Si yo me convenzo de que soy feo seguramente no me vista bien, no me higienice bien y de una apariencia de feo.
Lo que es adentro es afuera dijo alguien muy sabio una vez.
La cuestión es que nunca nadie nos enseñó finanzas.
¿Cómo vamos a ser buenos en una disciplina que no aprendimos?
Cambiar el enfoque es clave.
En vez de «soy un desastre» pensar: Tengo cosas por aprender
Eso lo cambia todo.
En este episodio hacemos un repaso del mindset adecuado con respecto a finanzas y vemos los primero pasos que cualquier aprendiz de este arte debería dominar.
