She says:
“I am The Doctor’s slave. I will light myself on fire in a few days in front of the SBS headquarters if they air the episode on The Doctor’s Room.”
The producers call the police who secured the headquarters but they needed to find out who the girl is. They need to find out who she is - so they can stop her. Or else someone will die at SBS.
Because The Doctor was playing games with them and he was willing to do whatever it takes to win.
