We crave to have love in our lives, yet love can also be the source of immense pain, misery and sadness. It seems odd sometimes that as much as we need love and care about it – we are often not particularly good at it. That’s according to Laura Mucha author of the book, Love Understood: The Science of Who, How and Why We Love (https://amzn.to/3AZIdjm).
