Hoy entrevistamos al doctor Mario Alonso Puig, médico especialista en cirugía general y del aparato digestivo con 26 años de ejercicio, conferenciante internacional y autor de más de una docena de libros, entre ellos El Camino del Despertar, en el que profundizamos hoy. Ha llenado teatros en España y Latinoamérica y sus conferencias han llegado a decenas de países y es una de las voces más rigurosas y cercanas en el punto medio entre neurociencia, medicina y desarrollo humano.
En esta conversación hablamos de qué significa sentirse vivo de verdad, por qué llevamos la mayor parte del tiempo sin estar a la altura de lo que somos, qué hace el pensamiento catastrofista en el cerebro a nivel biológico concreto, cómo funciona la sincronización entre hemisferios cerebrales y qué tiene que ver con despertar y por qué el miedo desaparece cuando dejas de querer brillar y empiezas a querer iluminar.
