Amador Fernández-Savater es filósofo, escritor y ensayista. En esta conversación reflexiona sobre por qué la democracia atraviesa una profunda crisis de participación y cómo los grandes cambios sociales no nacen únicamente de las instituciones o del poder político, sino de los vínculos, los afectos y la capacidad de las personas para organizarse y transformar su vida cotidiana.


A lo largo de la charla se habla de educación, deliberación, capitalismo, cooperación, comunidad y movimientos sociales. También se analiza el auge de la extrema derecha, la crisis de la izquierda contemporánea, el papel de las emociones en la política y la tensión entre las instituciones y la participación ciudadana. Fernández-Savater defiende que la transformación social no puede delegarse únicamente en partidos o gobiernos, sino que necesita una ciudadanía activa capaz de crear nuevas formas de convivencia y nuevos valores compartidos.


La conversación recorre además la experiencia del 15M, el ciclo político de Podemos, la fuerza de los movimientos colectivos, el sentido de la utopía y el valor de pensar las derrotas como condición para imaginar futuros distintos. Frente a una sociedad que, según sostiene, nos convierte con demasiada frecuencia en objetos antes que en sujetos, Fernández-Savater reivindica la conversación, la cooperación y la construcción de comunidades como el verdadero motor del cambio político y cultural.
