José Benítez, papá de José Benítez de la O, asegura han sido abandonados por parte de la Fiscalía General de la República y que la única entidad gubernamental que le ha dado seguimiento a la investigación de los jóvenes desaparecidos en Tierra Blanca, Veracruz es el Tribunal Superior de Justicia.
