A dos años del incendio ocurrido en una estación del Instituto Nacional de Migración de Ciudad Juárez que dejó 39 personas muertas, el todavía titular de Migración, Francisco Garduño, negó ser el responsable de la tragedia y dijo que los responsables ya están en prisión. Asegura que no ha sido notificado de dejar el cargo por parte de la Presidencia y aclaró los montos otorgados a los deudos que ascienden a 300 millones de pesos.
Al menos cinco personas fueron asesinadas en el municipio de Huitzilac, Morelos mientras hacían proselitismo. Cuatro hombres y una mujer recibieron impactos de bala mientras difundían información como parte de la elección de Bienes Comunales.
La compra bianual licitada por el gobierno de México para combatir el desabasto de medicamos empezará la distribución de medicinas a partir del 1 de marzo, explicó el subsecretario de Salud, Eduardo Clark. Asegura que se comprarán 244 millones de medicamentos los cuales serán entregados a hospitales públicos. Clark dijo se han entregado piezas desde los primeros días de enero pero la mayor entrega es a partir de marzo.
Otra jornada violenta en Sinaloa luego de registrarse ocho muertos. Al tiempo, colgaron un par de mantas con letras rojas dirigidas a la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum para denunciar la colusión de mandos militares con uno de los grupos criminales en disputa. A pesar de ello, las acciones para frenar la violencia y devolver la tranquilidad al estado se mantienen, ya que lograron detener a cinco personas y asegurar 15 armas y 700 cartuchos útiles.
