Dafna Viniegra @dafnaviniegra experimentó abuso sexual infantil repetido que le ocasionó depresión hasta estrés post traumático… y durante años vivir convencida de que todo era su culpa.
Pero también es la historia de alguien que decidió dejar de huir y empezar a mirar de frente. Que convirtió un diario en salvavidas. Que pasó de ser víctima a hacerse responsable de su sanación. Que hoy trabaja para prevenir el abuso infantil, confrontar a perpetradores y ayudar a otros a romper ciclos de trauma.
Hablamos de su niñez, del impacto brutal del abuso, de cómo el trauma te convence de que no mereces ser amado… y de las herramientas concretas que la ayudaron a reconstruirse.
Esta es una conversación sobre dolor.
