Hace dos años nos sentamos en esta misma mesa a hablar de amor, de pareja, de infidelidad y de la nueva soltería. Y la misma semana que publicamos ese episodio, la vida le cambió el guion: Tere fue diagnosticada con cáncer de pulmón en etapa 4.
Tere lleva 35 años como psicoterapeuta ayudando a miles de personas a atravesar sus crisis. Es socia fundadora de Psicoterapia La Montaña, autora de más de diez libros y una de las voces más respetadas de la psicología en México. Y hoy le tocó a ella ser el caso de estudio de su propia obra.
En este episodio hablamos de cómo se recibe una noticia así, de qué herramientas sirven de verdad cuando te toca a ti, de cómo se vive con una enfermedad que no se va a ir, y de su nuevo libro, "Encuentra tu norte emocional".
