A través de una experiencia personal relacionada con mi estudio de yoga, exploramos cómo influyen en nuestras decisiones la emoción, la incertidumbre, la experiencia previa, los sesgos y las expectativas que tenemos sobre nosotros mismos. En este episodio reflexionamos sobre el mito de la decisión racional, el papel de la intuición, la influencia del contexto y cómo muchas veces buscamos respuestas absolutas cuando en realidad decidir es un proceso profundamente humano y complejo. También hablamos sobre crecimiento personal y profesional, sobre la diferencia entre crecer y vivir de forma más coherente con nuestros valores, y sobre cómo aprender a decidir implica aceptar la incomodidad, el duelo por las opciones descartadas y la necesidad de construir una narrativa que nos permita seguir avanzando.
