Entre 1670 y 1679, recorrió Europa, Asia y América, enfrentando desafíos como climas extremos y conflictos culturales. Su obra "Peregrinación del Mundo" documenta este peligroso viaje. Allí recopiló valiosas perspectivas sobre las sociedades y geografías de su tiempo, un legado que ha llegado hasta nuestros días.
