Aterrizamos ahora en nuestra geografía, porque la llegada del Internet a Colombia es una historia por contar. El Internet en Colombia en los años 90 era una tecnología "muy de avanzada" y ajena para la mayoría de personas. Pero en medio de ese panorama, unos visionarios colombianos apostaron a que internet competiría con los medios masivos, sembrando las bases de nuestra industria tecnológica. Década a década pasamos de las primeras redes internas y la digitalización de los bancos, a llevar un smartphone en el bolsillo. El Internet se convirtió en la infraestructura misma de nuestra vida cotidiana. Al llegar a este año 2026, vemos una Colombia radicalmente distinta a la de 1996: un país transformado, conectado y viviendo una revolución digital donde la Inteligencia Artificial es la continuación de esta historia.
