Hay tres preguntas. Solo tres. Y si las haces antes de presentar tu propuesta, en tu próxima reunión con un cliente, vas a tener acceso a algo que el 95% de tus competidores nunca van a tener: el verdadero motivo por el que ese cliente está hablando contigo.
En este episodio vemos el método del psicólogo Nick Epley (Universidad de Chicago) para convertir cualquier pregunta normal en una pregunta profunda. En 30 segundos. Sin que parezca raro. Sin que la otra persona se sienta invadida.
