Daniel Matamala conversa con la profesora de derecho constitucional Claudia Sarmiento y con el académico Claudio Fuentes. Un diputado y otros colegas presentaron un proyecto aberrante que obliga a mujeres y niñas a escuchar latidos para poder ejercer su derecho al aborto en 3 causales. En los siguientes días Johannes Kaiser y Arturo Squella apoyaron el proyecto. Y las ministras de la Mujer y de Desarrollo Social se negaron a distanciarse o rechazarlo. Kaiser sacó casi 2 millones de votos en las últimas elecciones. Squella es el presidente del partido del Pdte Kast. Y el mismo gobierno que prometió no tocar las 3 causales ahora se hace el leso.
Hay más: la senadora Vanesa Kaiser, esposa del diputado, pidió que el gobierno "dé un espaldarazo al gobierno, puesto que Chile enfrenta una crisis demográfica histórica. Y ¿qué mejor que evitar que los niños por nacer sean abortados?".
Recordemos que en Chile no existe el aborto legal, salvo en 3 causales. La senadora por lo tanto quiere aumentar los nacimientos de tres maneras: 1. Obligando a prolongar embarazos que son inviables, lo que es absurdo; 2. Obligando a mujeres y niñas violadas a llevar a término un embarazo, convirtiendo así a la violación en el método de aumentar la fecundidad, y alos vialodores en los padres de los nuevos chilenos y 3. Condenando a morir a mujeres para que puedan parir.
Es espantoso, pero no es nuevo. Cuando se discutía la Constitución de 1980, Jaime Guzmán, reclamado como líder espiritual por la UDI y los republicanos , decía que «La madre debe tener el hijo aunque éste salga anormal, aunque no lo haya deseado, aunque sea producto de una violación o aunque de tenerlo, derive su muerte.»
Es la misma lógica: castigar a la mujer que, aunque sea para salvar su vida, no cumple el deber que Guzmán le impone.
Se la somete a una tortura, se la ve como el enemigo, aunque sea una niña víctima de violación, aunque solo quiera salvar su vida; al elegir la interrupción del embarazo, está contra el plan de Dios.
Y por eso la odian y consideran que el Estado debe tratarla como a una criminal.
La ideología no ha cambiado. Es solo que ante el ascenso de estas ideologías extremas que parecían superadas por el tiempo, algunos vuelven a decir en voz alta lo que por algún tiempo callaban.
