1056. Preguntas y pon un membership site en tu vida

Hoy preguntas sobre ideas de negocio, médicos online, educadores caninos con ideas emprendedoras, tampografía en Internet y socios a partes iguales.
Pero antes anunciar que hoy empieza el curso de donaciones en WordPress, en el que veremos cómo montar una plataforma de donaciones para proyectos. Puede servir tanto para ONGs como para proyectos propios, o simplemente para aceptar donaciones de un modo simple. En las dos clases de hoy veremos cómo establecer proyectos, y cómo funciona el sistema de formularios.
Y ahora sí, vamos a por las preguntas. Aquí las tenemos:
1. Joan, tengo una idea de negocio, concretamente un membership site de consultas médicas online estilo plataforma de e-mail (donde se pueda adjuntar multimedia fotos, vídeo, etc), para implementar. No sería para "video-consulta" en tiempo real, no es esa la idea ahora. Sería mas bien una seguidilla de correos online. Los médicos se registran (empezaría con colegas conocidos), cargan sus datos, foto bonita, pequeño CV, propuesta de valor, etc, y pagan un valor recurrente (por ahora bajo, no brain decision). El médico carga una reseña de su especialidad, y pone un valor a su consulta online. Los pacientes se registran, cargan sus datos e HC, y eligen el médico (clínico, ginecólogo, pediatra, los que estén), pagan la consulta (que la fija el médico en su perfil), y luego accede a un editor de texto y pueden subir imágenes. Habría que ver la posibilidad de que el paciente pueda valorar la calidad de atención del médico con estrellitas, con comentarios, etc. Otro tema es, el paciente paga la consulta, pero como limitamos el acceso a las re-consultas sin pagar, o cómo permitirle agregar datos en caso de que el médico lo solicite pero sin pagar. ¿Lioso ha? Tiene que ser lean, bonito, y funcional para las 3 partes (los médicos, los pacientes, y pues yo claro sino que lo monte otro ¡jaja!). Quedaría buscar el tema "legal", pero quiero saber como se puede hacer esto con wordpress, restric content pro, y todas esas yerbas. Tema "theme", si génesis, pero ¿cual theme?... Pagos recurrentes... aquí en argentina no hay STRIPE (shit), pero está mercado pago y bueno... paypal. Competencia: Qoolife (funciona muy bien en españa, pero para mi gusto que lo he probado, es muy complicada la interface, me pierdo como médico y como paciente, no se por donde ir), Doctoralia (funciona en españa y argentina, bastante costoso para el médico, y también lioso en la experiencia de usuario, aquí funciona más como un "turnero" online para consultas presenciales que para consulta online). Muy bonito, pero ¿cómo hacerlo?... si quieres y puedes, me cuentas, o te escucho en el podcast... (Jonathan)
2. Muy buenas Joan, Hace un tiempo te seguí por ivoox y en youtube. Me encanta lo que haces y cómo lo haces. Me dedico al mundo canino, soy paseador de perros y educador canino, pero me siento muy limitado por no estar en internet. Me gustaría invertir en crear algún bien activo pero no sé en qué.
Por un lado lo tengo claro, una tienda online o un sitio web donde aportar valor a la gente, sobre algo referente al mundo del perro. Pero por otro lado no sé dejar que eso lo hagan otros y ahorrar para invertir y que me o hagan otros y me ahorro el tema de la formación. Estoy hecho un lío. ¿qué me recomiendas desde tu experiencia? 4. Buenos días Juan, “por tu culpa” estoy medio loco con este mundo del emprendimiento y el Marketing Online. Hace tres meses no había oído nada al respecto, pero desde que escucho tu podcast a diario mi cabeza no para de dar vueltas, de verdad muchas, muchas gracias. Al grano, tengo un pequeño negocio familiar, no relacionado con el mundo on-line, en el que llevo poco tiempo, pero en parelelo me gustaría buscar un socio e intentar montar una empresa de ayuda a pequeños negocios locales como el mío a mejorar su visibilidad y su posicionamiento online, tener o mejorar sus páginas web, hacer campañas en internet, gestionar sus redes sociales, etc, etc. Mi idea ahora mismo es que mi función en dicha nueva empresa sería la de captar (buscar nuevos clientes, ofrecerles nuestro catálogo de productos y servicios e identificar sus requisitos) y gestionar (hacer seguimiento, identificar nuevas necesidades, etc) a los clientes y la de mi socio seria ejecutar la parte técnica, es decir, el desarrollo, la ejecución del proyecto. La pregunta es directa, con esta información qué % de los ingresos debería tener mi función y cuánto la de mi socio. He escuchado algún podcast tuyo donde hablas del tema de los socios, pero no estoy seguro de que se ajuste a lo que necesito. Mi labor seria parecida a la de un comercial en una empresa, sin sueldo, sólo me llevaría parte (un %) de la facturación a los clientes. Otra pregunta, por favor, ¿cómo / dónde me recomiendas que podría buscar un socio para esta aventura?. Me acaba de llegar la “Guía del emprendedor”, deseando estoy abrirla y devorarla.
