Hoy analizamos Chatbase, una herramienta que te permite crear un chatbot con tu propio contenido bajo tecnología GPT.
Pero antes, recordemos que tenéis a vuestra disposición los cursos para emprendedores de boluda.com. Hoy entramos en la recta final del curso de reservas con WooCommerce, con un par de clases en las que vemos el formulario de contacto y el aviso legal.
Y ahora sí, hablemos de Chatbase, uun constructor de chatbots de IA que utiliza ChatGPT para entrenar un bot personalizado basado en tus datos y te permite agregarlo como un widget a tu sitio web.
La gracia es que puedes entrenar al chatbot subiendo documentos (.pdf, .txt, .doc, .docx), pegando texto o añadiendo un enlace a tu sitio web para que sea escaneado. Aquí os dejo la escaleta del episodio a modo de resumen:

Sin duda alguna, los chatbots IA con contenido personalizado son una herramienta clave para las webs del futuro (y presente), ya que mejoran la experiencia del usuario, ahorran tiempo y recursos, aumentan la eficiencia y fomentan la retención de clientes. Os recomiendo que los probéis.
Por otro lado, aquí os dejo el enlace de este plugin para añadir el script del chat en cualquier WordPress, y si alguien sabe de algún chatbot GPT con el que puedas trabajar simplemente con tus API keys de OpenAI, que nos lo haga saber, que os lo agradeceré un montón. :)
