Hoy analizamos otra idea de negocio: Un podcast que narra historias genuinas, auténticas, intrigantes (o simplemente divertidas) de sus oyentes.
Pero antes, recordar a todos que tenéis a vuestra disposición los cursos de marketing online desarrollo web, y todo lo necesario para montar un negocio online. Ayer empezó el curso de membership sites con Restrict Content Pro en el que hoy veremos los ajustes generales y los pagos, ¡A por él!
La idea que hoy proponemos se trata de un podcast de historias personalizadas. O sea, se ofrecería a los oyentes la narración de su historia. A diferencia de los podcasts tradicionales, estos serán personalizados, lo que añade un valor emocional y único, estilo las historias de The Moth.
La forma en la que funcionaría es que los clientes enviarían detalles sobre sus historias de vida o temáticas que desean explorar. A partir de esta información, crearíamos y produciríamos episodios de podcast que narrarían historias personalizadas. Podríamos ofrecer diferentes géneros o estilos según las preferencias del cliente, como aventuras, misterios, desarrollo personal. Incluso varios narradores a elegir.
El perfil de cliente es el de personas que buscan un regalo único y personalizado. También padres que deseen cuentos a medida para sus hijos o aficionados a podcasts que buscan contenido más personal y relevante. Incluso parejas que deseen compartir su historia de amor de una forma única podrían estar interesadas en nuestro podcast.
En cuanto al modelo de negocio, estaríamos enfocados en la venta directa de los episodios personalizados. El pricing dependería de la complejidad de la historia y los detalles personalizados requeridos. Por ejemplo, podríamos cobrar entre 100€-250€ por un episodio estándar de 15-20 minutos, o entre 300€-500€ por un episodio extendido de 30-40 minutos. El precio aproximado sería de unos 10€ por minuto.
Una de las ventajas de esta idea es que no requiere una gran inversión inicial. Podríamos comenzar con el equipo de grabación que ya tenemos y utilizar software gratuito o de bajo costo para la edición. Los gastos principales serían el dominio, el hosting, el equipo de grabación y software de edición, así como el marketing y la promoción. Aquí os dejo el episodio 1160. A nivel de marketing, podríamos empezar con historias de nuestros amigos y conocidos, o hacer una llamada a través de las redes sociales para que la gente nos envíe sus historias y seleccionemos las más interesantes. Utilizaríamos las redes sociales para compartir fragmentos y promocionar las historias, y también podríamos invertir en publicidad en plataformas de podcasts y redes sociales.
Un podcast de historias personalizadas podría ser un negocio muy interesante, pues no solo ofrecería a nuestros oyentes una experiencia emocional y única, sino que también nos daría la oportunidad de crear un contenido realmente especial y personalizado. ¡Si os animáis a montarlo, avisad!
