2786. Cómo dinamizar una comunidad

Hoy vemos siete técnicas muy simples pero resultonas para dinamizar comunidades, que por experiencia he comprobado que funcionan muy bien.

Ayer empezamos el curso de proyectos con Odoo, en el que aprendemos a gestionar proyectos, tareas y recursos de manera eficiente utilizando esta herramienta gratuita.
Ahora sí, vamos al lío. Y es que una comunidad no se mueve sola. Si dejamos que la conversación dependa únicamente de los miembros, lo más probable es que la actividad termine decayendo. Para evitarlo, debemos dar pie a la interacción.
Para empezar, en lugar de limitarnos a compartir contenido o formación, podemos lanzar preguntas abiertas, encuestas o debates que fomenten la participación. Un buen truco es iniciar cada día con una pregunta o reto relacionado con el tema de la comunidad. Preguntas como "¿Qué software de edición o facturación os ha cambiado la vida?", pueden generar conversaciones interesantes y aportar valor a todos.
Cuando un nuevo miembro entra en la comunidad, no podemos dejarlo en el vacío. Debemos darles la bienvenida, e invitarlos a presentarse y hacerles preguntas, como hacemos en Asilo. Esto no solo rompe el hielo, sino que también les ayuda a sentirse bienvenidos y más propensos a participar.
Otra estrategia efectiva es gamificar la comunidad, ofreciendo puntos, insignias o beneficios a quienes interactúan. Sin embargo, hay que hacerlo con cuidado, porque si el incentivo es demasiado fuerte, algunos pueden empezar a participar solo por conseguir recompensas, generando contenido de baja calidad o monopolizando las conversaciones.
Los eventos en directo también ayudan a aumentar la participación. Encuentros en vivo como webinars, sesiones de preguntas y respuestas o debates abiertos suelen generar más interacción, porque facilitan la conexión en tiempo real. En asilo hacemos el podcast en directo cada viernes, y no solo anima mucho los comentarios, sino que además da tema para hablar durante el resto de la semana.
En esta misma línea, los desafíos y retos pueden ser un gran motivador. En un grupo de emprendedores, por ejemplo, podemos proponer un reto de hacer un elevator pitch en tres frases. En Asilo, cada mes vemos una película y la comentamos entre todos, lo que genera conversación de forma natural. Esta técnica funciona mucho mejor si lo ligamos a nuestra propuesta de valor.
Tener roles y embajadores dentro de la comunidad también ayuda a mantener la actividad. Si identificamos a los miembros más comprometidos y les damos un rol especial, participarán más y contagiarán su entusiasmo al resto. Otra opción es contratar a un community manager para que se encargue de dinamizar el grupo y fomentar la conversación.
Por último, no podemos asumir que todos los miembros entran a diario a la comunidad. Un email o mensaje recordando los temas en debate puede ser suficiente para reactivar la participación y animar a los que llevan tiempo sin aparecer.
Si queremos que una comunidad sea activa y valiosa, debemos liderar la conversación, hacerla interesante y encontrar maneras de mantener el compromiso. Con estas estrategias, podemos evitar que la comunidad se enfríe y convertirla en un espacio donde la gente quiera participar de forma natural.
