Kylie & Hilary Duff on SI Swimsuit Cover Tea, Home Birth Tell-All & Caught By The Paparazzi | Ep. 67
Descripción del Episodio
Hey Now, Hey Now! Kylie’s back for a brand new episode of Not Gonna Lie brought to you by Amazon Pets and she’s joined by yet another guest she has no business speaking to: HILARY DUFF (20:30). This truly is what dreams are made of, Real Ones!
Kylie starts the show by reacting to being caught by the paparazzi… specifically the Galesburg, IL paparazzi when she went to visit a certain famous TikTok star with the best pancakes on Earth (1:06). She also breaks down her Webbys outfit and speech where she just accepted the award for Podcast of the Year (3:04)!
Then in Real One Comment of the Week, Kylie responds to a question about how she would handle it if one of her kids ever dated someone from Dallas… spoiler alert: it wouldn’t be great (12:17)! And in Doomscroll, Kylie shares the cute ways the girls adamantly get numbers wrong and how often they turn into little vloggers when they get their hands on her phone (13:50).
After that, Kylie is joined by an actual icon, singer and actress Hilary Duff (20:30)! Hilary gives Kylie all the tea on her SI Swimsuit Cover shoot, including why she chose not to wear a bikini in the photos and how she feels about doing the photoshoot after having four kids (23:28). Hilary and Kylie also talk about the struggles of getting dressed postpartum and not enjoying pregnancy, despite loving the end result (25:35). Hilary talks about her new album and tour, including which tracks she and her kids like the best and whether or not they’ve all watched Lizzie McGuire.
Kylie and Hilary also get into 2000s fashion and Hilary reflects on what it was like to be topping the charts alongside singers like Britney and Christina (44:01).
Hilary and Kylie connect on being mothers of four, the slang they’ve learned from the teens in their lives (51:00) and Hilary also answers all of Kylie’s questions about having home births (57:01).
You can find even more clips from Kylie’s longer conversation with Hilary Duff on our YouTube channel on More Sh*t Monday.

The Last 12 Weeks
By shows
In 1992, David Wood was convicted of murdering young women and girls and burying them in the desert outside El Paso, earning him the nickname the Desert Killer. More than 30 years later, his lawyers have one last chance to argue his innocence and stop his execution. “The Last 12 Weeks” follows a team of capital defense lawyers as they try to save their client’s life. The series, produced by Serial Productions and The New York Times in collaboration with The Marshall Project, focuses on the high stakes and at times bizarre work involved in trying to halt an execution. With an extraordinary level of access to a capital case in its final stretch, the longtime death penalty reporter Maurice Chammah takes listeners into the room with the lawyers as the clock ticks down. Maurice and Alvin Melathe, a producer, follow members of the defense team as they look for alternate suspects, try to find new evidence to poke holes in the case, and track down hard-to-find witnesses. In the end, will the lawyers’ efforts be enough to persuade a deeply skeptical court system — and stop an execution three decades in the making? “The Last 12 Weeks.” A five-part series … on a deadline.
