"Oh my god" Kylie’s "BACK AGAIN" after our brief summer hiatus with the one and only BACKSTREET BOYS (32:29)… and she even fulfilled all our millennial childhood dreams of being serenaded by them (50:15)!
Before The Backstreet Boys join the show, Kylie kicks things off by addressing a recent wardrobe malfunction at the ESPYs, shout out to that dry cleaning tag (3:31)! She also talks about a star-studded event a lot of people have tuned in to hear about… The American Century Golf Tournament in Lake Tahoe (6:28)! Kylie gets into their family trip, Jason’s “Blue Man Group” bet with Travis and a clip of the girls on the course. She then gives her honest thoughts on Jimothy the viral raccoon and Anne Hathaway’s recent maternity wardrobe mix up (14:35).
After that, Kylie introduces the Real Ones to our Adoptable Animals of the Month (20:15)! This time we have a bunny on set, as well as the sweetest older dog and two mischievous ferrets! You can adopt these animals and many others who need homes right now from the PSPCA.
Kylie then heads up to New York to sit down with all five Backstreet Boys! She talks to the guys about their new single “Bottle Up” from Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie, they also get into the competition among all the singing groups back in the day, particularly the “rivalry” with *NSYNC (39:54). The Backstreet Boys share which younger singing groups they are personally fans of (43:10), reminisce on their first-ever gig at Sea World (37:10) and rank some of their most iconic outfits (53:50). They also serenade Kylie with an a cappella rendition of their hit song “Drowning” (50:15).
Then, The Backstreet Boys talk about what it was like singing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl many years ago, how they are all uncles to each other’s kids (1:03:50) and the best fatherhood advice they have ever received.
