Jordi Rodríguez ha tenido que salir dos veces del armario: una por ser homosexual, y la otra por tener síndrome de Tourette. Durante mucho tiempo escondió sus tics, soportó el rechazo de los demás, el miedo al juicio social y la sensación constante de ser diferente. Hasta que un día, a causa de un vídeo publicado con “mala fe”, todo cambió inesperadamente.
En este episodio de Roca Project Jordi viene junto a su abuela Manolita, una de las personas más importantes de su vida, y ambos se abren como nunca antes para contar una historia de dolor, valentía y amor incondicional que demuestra que nadie debería avergonzarse de quien es. Hablamos sobre qué es el síndrome de Tourette y de cómo afecta vivir cada día con este trastorno neurológico, así como de las consecuencias emocionales que pueden tener los tics nerviosos cuando la sociedad no comprende aquello que considera diferente.
A lo largo de la conversación también hablamos sobre el rechazo sufrido por ser homosexual, la depresión, la salud mental y el impacto que pueden tener las redes sociales cuando millones de personas opinan sobre tu vida sin conocer verdaderamente tu historia.
