She's also a certified culinary medicine specialist from Tulane University, a bestselling author of multiple books including her incredible new book, The New Menopause. She's also the founder of the Mary Claire Wellness Clinic. She’s a mom of two, a wife, and a woman on a mission who says that while menopause is inevitable, suffering doesn’t have to be.
