Han pasado unos días desde que el Tribunal Supremo confirmara su veredicto de culpabilidad contra el fiscal general del Estado, Álvaro García Ortiz, por un delito de revelación de secretos. Como sigue sin haber una sentencia con la que podamos indagar en las motivaciones que hayan llevado al tribunal a tomar esa decisión, seguimos haciéndonos preguntas: ¿era previsible que un órgano como el Tribunal Supremo tomara esta decisión? ¿en qué otra situaciones el Supremo ha tomado decisiones equiparables a esta o que nos puedan haber llamado la atención? ¿Ha sido una sentencia más política que jurídica? ¿Es una victoria política indudable de Isabel Díaz Ayuso?
