Hay dolores que no se ven en una radiografía, pero sí se sienten en el cuerpo todos los días.
“El corazón alegre es una buena medicina, pero el espíritu quebrantado consume las fuerzas.” Proverbios 17:22 NTV
Dios nunca te pidió que fingieras estar bien. La tristeza no es pecado. Jesús lloró. David lloró. Jeremías lloró. El problema no es que la tristeza visite tu vida, sino cuando se queda a vivir en ella.
A veces el alma habla a través del cuerpo: cansancio constante, insomnio, ansiedad, falta de ánimo, irritabilidad o sensación de vacío. Lo que no procesamos emocionalmente termina afectándonos físicamente.
Pero hoy Dios te recuerda algo poderoso: la alegría que viene de Su presencia sigue siendo medicina para el corazón cansado. No una alegría superficial, sino la paz profunda de saber que Él sigue sosteniéndote aun en medio de la prueba.
La alegría bíblica no niega el dolor. Lo sostiene.
La tristeza que no se procesa no desaparece; migra.
No es fe aguantar lo que Dios quiere sanar.
Hoy entrégale a Dios aquello que has cargado en silencio. Él conoce cada lágrima, cada preocupación y cada batalla que nadie más ve.
