El productor Epigmenio Ibarra comentó sobre la aprobación que tiene el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, la cual es superior al 50% durante su cuarto año de mandato. Asegura que esto es algo que jamás había sucedido en la historia moderna del país. Declaró que en ese tiempo la derecha tuvo tiempo para molestarse pero de todas maneras no se han preparado. Mencionó que sólo tienen una gran cantidad de recursos y rabia en contra del presidente y Morena pero no cuentan con propuestas ni candidatos. Llamó a la oposición a no recurrir a manipulaciones ni calumnias a través de líderes de opinión, sino que opten por la generación de mejores propuestas.
