No es levantar capital ni construir empresas: es criar a mis hijos.
Es el único juego donde sobran teorías, el resultado lo conoces veinte años después y siempre, siempre sientes que lo estás haciendo mal.
Marcela pasó 30 años evaluando a niños "con problemas", hasta que un día giró la mirada y se hizo una pregunta incómoda: ¿y si el que tiene que cambiar no es el niño, sino el adulto?
Es experta en el modelo de desarrollo de Gordon Neufeld y fundadora del Diplomado Crianza con Vínculo. Hoy me va a explicar por qué poner límites no alcanza con un adolescente, qué significa que un hijo le entregue el corazón a sus amigos en lugar de a sus papás, y por dónde empieza un papá que siente que ya perdió esa conexión.
