Regular tu sistema nervioso no significa dejar de sentir miedo, estrés o incertidumbre. Significa aprender a atravesarlos sin ser arrastrado por ellos. En este cierre de temporada, Susana Gamboa comparte herramientas prácticas de respiración, presencia y movimiento consciente para ayudarte a crear una pausa entre el estímulo y tu respuesta.
