¿Lo que sientes que te pasó es exactamente lo que pasó… o es la percepción que construiste de ese momento?

Dos personas pueden vivir la misma conversación, crecer en la misma familia o estar presentes en el mismo acontecimiento y terminar contando historias completamente diferentes.

En este episodio de Cuerpo y Consciencia, Susana Gamboa explora la diferencia entre hecho y percepción y los filtros que influyen en el significado que damos a nuestras experiencias.

Conocerás tres capas que, dentro del marco de esta temporada, influyen en cómo interpretamos lo que vivimos:

• Estado de consciencia: los recursos internos con los que atravesamos una experiencia. • Entorno: el contexto y el acompañamiento disponibles en ese momento. • Programas colectivos: las ideas familiares, culturales, sociales o religiosas desde las que aprendimos a interpretar la realidad.

Susana comparte además una experiencia personal alrededor de una narrativa que sostuvo durante un tiempo: "siempre he estado sola". Los hechos no necesitaron cambiar para que pudiera observar esa historia desde otro lugar y darle un significado diferente.

Porque resignificar no significa negar lo ocurrido.

Resignificar es dejar de mirar un hecho únicamente desde el filtro con el que lo viviste la primera vez.

Este episodio también invita a prestar atención a palabras absolutas como "siempre" y "nunca", y a observar con curiosidad las historias que hemos repetido hasta convertirlas en certezas.
