A través de ejemplos reales como el caso de Steve Jobs, BlackBerry y Blockbuster, analizan cómo la sobreconfianza, el sesgo de confirmación y la resistencia a cambiar de opinión pueden llevar incluso a personas altamente capaces a tomar malas decisiones.
El episodio se apoya en dos libros clave: "The Intelligence Trap" de David Robson y "Think Again" de Adam Grant, que exploran cómo la inteligencia puede convertirse en una desventaja cuando dejamos de cuestionarnos y empezamos a defender nuestras creencias como si fueran verdades absolutas.
