De cómo el deseo no cumplido, las expectativas irreales y la obsesión por el resultado van acumulando rabia interior hasta convertirse en irritación constante, cansancio emocional y desconexión con uno mismo.
Reflexionamos sobre por qué esta sociedad vive enfadada, agotada y desorientada; por qué cuanto más se promete felicidad, éxito o realización, más frustración aparece. Y sobre cómo aprender a observar la ira sin identificarse con ella, sin reprimirla ni dejar que nos gobierne.
No es un episodio cómodo.
No ofrece soluciones rápidas ni recetas mágicas.
Pero sí una mirada honesta para entender qué nos pasa por dentro cuando vivimos permanentemente en tensión.
