That's when I founded Rogue Risk, a digital insurance agency, built it from nothing, and sold it for seven figures in less than four years.

Over the last 10 years I've delivered over 400 keynotes to leaders around the world, growth this podcast to consistently rank among the top in the world and coached 100’s of founder and leaders through my RealityOS framework—a leadership philosophy that helps entrepreneurs break through the three biggest barriers killing their growth: undisciplined focus, uninspired company culture and a lack outcome driven systems.
