El presidente del Gobierno anunció ayer un nuevo paquete de propuestas orientadas a intervenir el mercado del alquiler y frenar la especulación que sigue dando alas a los precios. La medida más destacada es la que contempla incentivos fiscales a los propietarios para que no suban el precio del alquiler. Sumar opone a la bonificación del IRPF a los propietarios propuesta por Pedro Sánchez, para aliviar la crisis de vivienda. Feijóo dice que, si llega a la Moncloa, dará más financiación a las autonomías que más construyan. Además, Vox exige entrar en el gobierno de Extremadura como garantía para el cumplimientos de acuerdos. Del exterior, el secretario general de la OTAN ha demostrado plegarse constantemente a las políticas de Trump. Mark Rutte no sólo no ha condenado la escalada de Washington, sino que ayer se deshizo en elogios -otra vez- hacia un Donald Trump al que da toda la razón en su escalada. De hecho, el secretario general de la OTAN hizo suyo el argumento de la Casa Blanca, asegurando que es necesario incrementar la defensa en el Ártico.
