Hoy hablamos del caso de Laura, diseñadora de themes para WordPress, y de cómo logró relanzar su negocio gracias a un grupo privado de Facebook.
A pesar de llevar 5 años en el sector, Laura se encontraba atascada a nivel de ventas. Incluso iba a menos cada día, debido a la feroz competencia de su sector y al alto grado de intrusismo profesional.
La estrategia planteada era usar de una forma inteligente la base de datos de sus 5 años de clientes, y el plan de acción fue crear un grupo privado de Facebook, un club de clientes en el que se ofrecía varios beneficios, entre ellos un 10% de descuento y el acceso a un grupo privado de Facebook. ¿La palabra clave? Exclusividad.
Así que nos pusimos manos a la obra segmentando su base de datos y realizamos un mailing sólo de 1.000 personas. Clientes de pago de los últimos 5 años. ¿Queréis saber lo que ocurrió? La respuesta en el podcast :)
