205. Caso de éxito con un CRM

Muy buenos días a todo el mundo y bienvenidos todos a Marketing Online, el podcast en el que cada día tomamos la pastilla roja de Morpheo para entrar en el Matrix del marketing digital. Y los miércoles más, con un caso de éxito siempre interesante.
Veamos hoy como un CRM muy especial ayudó a una empresa a crecer más y mejor, y la ayudó a no perder clientes ni oportunidades comerciales nunca más.
La empresa en sí consiste en un matrimonio de programadores y seis personas que trabajan de forma distribuïda, cada uno desde su casa, desarrollando aplicaciones de software para Windows. Y el problema que tenían era ni más ni menos que el de una pequeña crisis de crecimiento, en la que empezaban a perder el control de los contactos comerciales, post venta o incluso mantenimiento de clientes.
La respuesta más evidente ante esta situación es la de integrar y implantar un CRM, pero en este caso la integración fué como anillo al dedo, como un guante, ya que cubrió no únicamente el proceso de captación de clientes, sino también de seguimiento de bugs de software, desarrollo de producto e incluso un proceso de captación de nuevo personal. Todo con una sola herramienta... la respuesta en el programa!
