Hoy respondemos a preguntas sobre el funnel pirata, límites geográficos de negocios, trabajo en equipo, nichos de mercado, y mucho más.

1. ¡Muy buenos días a toda la comunidad boluder! Antes de nada, felicidades al equipo de soporte, son unos ninjas que me solucionan todas las dudas en un periquete y con toda la paciencia del mundo. Hoy mando una pregunta para que Joan la conteste un lunes, pues seguro que podrá ayudar a muchos oyentes. Quisiera saber qué opinas de la estrategia del funnel pirata, la recomiendas? (Joaquín)
2. Hola Joan. Ante todo felicitarte por tus fantásticos contenidos y tu tremenda energía. Llevo años inscrito a los cursos y les saco mucho partido. Te comento: tengo una pequeña empresa de alquiler de vehículos clásicos con conductor, en concreto disponemos de 2 furgonetas kombi T1, esas míticas Volkswagen vintage antiguas. r verdad es que son preciosas y cuando las alquilamos para bodas todos se quedan encantados, pero tras varios años, el negocio no acaba de arrancar. Actualmente abarcamos sólo 4 provincias españolas, ya que por distancias y costes no nos es posible ir más lejos. El caso es que tenemos funcionando una campaña de Google Ads y realizamos labores SEO desde hace al menos 4 años. Nuestro posicionamiento es bueno, y vamos sacando algún alquiler al mes, pero no como para amortizar tanta inversión y menos para vivir de ello. También hemos probado la difusión en redes como Instagran y Facebook sin éxito. ¿Qué estamos haciendo mal? ¿Deberíamos cambiar de enfoque? Te agradecería cualquier sugerencia o consejo. 3. Muy buenas Joan! Como siempre agradecerte ese viaje de energía que nos das cada día. Para ir a trabajar, a pasear al perro, hacer ejercicio o sea lo que estemos haciendo siempre es un buen chute de energía para mejorar y alcanzar nuestras metas. Aunque muchas veces hemos hablado hoy vengo con una pregunta por la vía tradicional, creo que puede ser interesante para el podcast. En boluda.com ya tienes 5 usuarios dando soporte y compartir el conocimiento entre ellos seguramente es una prioridad máxima y vital. ¿Qué tipo de herramientas utilizáis para anotar toda esta información? Como realizáis la comunicación cuando os llega una duda difícil de resolver? supongo que primero se intenta compartir el conocimiento o hacer una puesta en común de posibles vías de solución. Querido Joan, ¿Ves viable el crear un membership site de audiocursos para un nicho especifico o el mercado es demasiado pequeño para este formato educativo?, ¿hay mercado suficiente como para permitirse una diferenciación?, ¿podría ser rentable, por ejemplo, un membership para programadores, ambientalistas o amantes de la tecnología?, ¿cómo ves el tamaño del mercado para este tipo de cursos en el futuro?
