Hoy hablamos de montar una empresa en otro país. ¿Se puede? ¿Es legal? ¿Sale a cuenta? ¿Qué podemos hacer exactamente? ¿Qué debemos saber?

Y ahora sí, sin más dilación, hablemos de montar una empresa en un país distinto del que vivimos. Ya sea Delaware, Estonia o Andorra. Veamos qué se puede hacer, la legalidad, los beneficios fiscales, y lo más importante: Tener clara la diferencia entre la persona física y la jurídica. Aquí os dejo la escaleta:

Con lo que espero haber arrojado un poco de luz y aclarado varios conceptos. :)
